Oh So Sweet Omelet

ingredients: apples, walnuts, mixed berries, whipped egg whites, (yolk not in picture) cinnamon

after cooking the apples and walnuts for a while, i saw that we had bananas so i decided to throw some in as well

i then folded the beat yolk into the whipped whites, put them in the pan, and then put the filling of apples, walnuts and bananas on top and let that cook for a little bit

i then put the rest of the fluff on top of the filling to make the omelet form. i let it cook for a bit just like this with the lid on top.

after very delicately flipping the omelet a few times, it came out to a nice golden yellow.

the final product: i put mixed berries and confection sugar on top and then proceeded to scarf.
