i then covered the eggs with more fluffy eggs and gave it a flip. sorry i didn't take a pic pre-flip. my bad!

    I can see how that would be super sweet! Any ideas on the cal for this? With just the egg whites and low sugar – probably not that bad.

    varza,
    no clue about the calories. yes, i am sure it is low because all of the ingredients are pretty legit. the cholesterol might be a little high. between the turkey bacon (which is a great alternative to regular bacon) and the about 1.5 yolks that i put into the omelet, it might be up there. other than that, it’s probably a pretty healthy omelet.

    now I got it – I was suppose to get updates… I am going to see about trying this out – may forgo the chocolate syrup though… If I figure out the cal intake I will let you know.
